Mr. Ramenian's practice encompasses all aspects of real estate law, business litigation, commercial collection and corporate law. He has extensive litigation and trial experience and has successfully represented his clients in both arbitrations and trials. His unique and business oriented approach to litigation, premised on identifying litigation risks and potential business solutions early in the dispute process, is designed to help reduce his clients' risks and litigation costs.
He provides counseling to corporations and board members concerning a wide array of corporate law and corporate governance issues. He also represents his clients in business and real estate transactions, financing, land use and development matters.
Mr. Ramenian is a licensed California real estate broker and has extensive business experience in the real estate industry. He has owned and developed several commercial and residential properties in Southern California.
